	Pete was one of 2 or 3 first friends I met; age 12 my first days here...at &nbsp;Hemingway Elementary, Ketchum, Id.... K through 8th grade then... we moved here from Utah, Jan 3rd...6th grade.. 35 below... Pete and his brother Tom immediately offered friendship and laughter. &nbsp;Parents embraced me and I learned to love motorcycles and log cabins and surfing (which I never did). &nbsp;Pete introduced me and shared his life... I can&#39;t tell you some of the fun we had... more time must pass... haha...he was always nothing but a happy, gentle,friend... best time in my life. &nbsp;He always seemed to smile and laugh as he played jokes on everyone.</p>
<p>
	Pete was someone I&#39;d never expect to leave here.... Sincere condolences to the Watson&#39;s and family..&nbsp;</p>

			<description><![CDATA[My sincere condolence to Pete's family, and to all of us who knew Pete over the years, and to whom Pete had become family. I was privileged to work with Pete throughout his career with Sun Valley. Pete was an inspiration and personal support to me on many occasions over decades. His soft spoken manner and genuine care won him the love of every group I ever saw him lead. Like Carl Praeger and Mads Alum, he has left us far too soon, but so much better for his having been with us.
